The mayor of the Bubuieci commune participated in a working visit to Solonka, Lviv region, Ukraine, at the invitation of his counterpart Богдан Дубневич, on July 18-19. On this occasion, a partnership memorandum was signed between the two localities and the prospects for the implementation of joint cross-border projects by accessing the European funds available from 2025 were discussed. The mayor was impressed by the infrastructure projects carried out in Solonka, despite the difficulties through which Ukraine passes. He also invited his counterpart to visit Bubuieci on August 28, on the occasion of the commune's Temple, to discuss joint projects with other mayors from Romania and partner localities. The municipality of Bubuieci will implement development projects by capitalizing on international partnerships.
